Nice resort, good pool and gym, nice restaurants, pretty lake, relaxing stay, comfortable room.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The resort is newer, and very clean. We had to make a last minute reservation and got twice the room we would have gotten on the strip for the same price. The room was tastfully decorated and comfortable. If you are looking for a quiet place with adequate ammenities, this would be a good pick. The kids really liked the pool, and if we had time we would have taken a boat ride, nice location being right on the lake.

Two out of the three pool gates were locked? There werent any pool towels available... In our room or at the pool during our stay. It was about 25 minutes from the strip. Nickel and dime pricing... room was 119.00 with a 13% surcharge and another 22.00 fee....blah blah blah... one price would be nice!

The location and facility was beautiful! Loved the beach! The food was good the staff was very friendly and helpful, no cigarette smoke or loud casinos. However if you are looking for some of that there is the "Village", which is part of the resort, with some night life or the Vegas Strip only a 15-20 min drive away. A good family and romantic get away. The best place I've stayed at so far even my teenage son had positive things to say. By the way there was a mix up with our reservation, it was handled very professonally, we did not stay in the Viera Studio, our room was upgraded.

Although it is a family oriented place there are not enough activeities for teenagers. The other big negitive for me was no! shuttle to and from the airport. They offer one to and from the strip but not the airport this would not be such a issue if you could take one of the many airport shuttles to the resort but None! of them go there. The options are a taxis, limo or sedan ride which is Very Costly! of course you could also rent a car. We took an airport shuttle to the strip and then the resort shuttle back to the hotel but this only works if your departure and arrival times correspond with the resorts shuttle schedule.

Great view and spacious room. Convenient shuttle service to the strip.

The staff was unprofessional and not attentive to our needs.

Remake of a Tuscany setting outside Las Vegas (approximately 20 to 30 minutes driving to the airport depending on the traffic); quiet setting and comfortable rooms (we stayed at Luna di Lusso), nice selection of restaurants in the resort (we went to Black Pepper, nice food and a very attentive blonde waitress) with ample outside dining away from the casino (which we didn't even enter). We stayed on a Friday night and there was a nice band playing Beatles songs, with a lot of people gathering on the lawn to hear the concert. Ideal for overnight in Las Vegas before starting your tour in the Southwest, or with an early departure the next day (which was our case).

Every remake in Las Vegas looks so fake, but I guess you just have to accept that...The resort is very spread out, we had to walk 5-10 minutes to the shop & restaurant area and cross the very desolate and unlighted fake 'PonteVeccio'. As the original, it used to have shops in the gallery but you could see that these were abandoned some time ago. The same goes for other shops in the resort, our restaurant had very little clientèle (on a Friday night) and judging by the room windows which were lit, the occupation was very low... this hotel has seen better times.

We recently stayed at a hotel in a peaceful location surrounded by nature, away from the city's hustle and bustle. the room was spotless and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including a modern kitchenette. One of the best aspects was the balcony that offered the view of picturesque mountains. the world-class dining options near the hotel made it convenient for us to enjoy delicious meals.

Another disadvantage is that the hotel was quite a distance from the city center, making it necessary to rent a car to travel to the main attractions.

Location, peace and quiet after downtown Las Vegas

Unfortunately we were here the night some chap decided to slash 38 car's tyres. Luckily we had a rental car and this was sorted but the hotel staff were singularly unhelpful, and seemed to resolve he selves of any responsibility. Not even I am very sorry this happened to you on your one nights stay in out hotel!

The room was spacious and had a great view of the pool. The hotel is located in a quiet and pretty suburban area with walking trails and a beautiful lake. The staff was helpful and accommodated our early check-in request.

Nothings. Everything about our stay was enjoyable and we had no complaints.

It is in a beautiful location. After living in Las Vegas for almost 10 years and attending triathlons there, I had always wanted to stay in the Lake Las Vegas area. For a reasonable price we had a lake view (which ended up a partial lakeview.)

The check-in staff was not friendly. I specified that I was traveling with 2 young children, including their ages on boking.com, but at check- in I was registered for 2 adults only and given the option of giving up the lakeview and balcony I booked for a hideaway. Lastly, half of the shops and restaurants were closed and vacant and of the still existing businesses, less than half were open at 6:00pm on a Thursday, which greatly limited our options for shopping and dinner.

Comfortable, beautiful, clean inviting. Had the perfect get-away feel from the city.

Wonderful bathtub, but took too long to fill......As a part of a wedding party, I called in to make a reservation and was gold there were no rooms. I got on the internet and booked immediately at a great cost than was originally promised $155. versus $85

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location across the lake was absolutely stunning, making me feel like I was in a Mediterranean paradise. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, as they were very friendly and accommodating to my requests. The room amenities, including air conditioning and a balcony, made my stay even more comfortable. The dining options at this hotel were excellent, with delicious food and attentive staff. I particularly enjoyed the leisure swimming pool, which provided the perfect place to relax and cool off. The facilities, such as the Wi-Fi and lift, were also very convenient.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

We liked the location as we were there to sightsee and it was easy access to wherever we wanted to go. We liked being able to walk to restaurants and the pleasant surroundings of the lakes and beautiful buildings added to a very pleasant atmosphere.
